Generate project status PDFs from your data

A status report is read in two minutes by someone who was not in the room: where the project stands, what moved, what is at risk, and the one decision that needs an answer this week.

4 designs, each a separate take on the same document rather than a recolour of one layout: Editorial serif, Side rail, Card-grid dashboard and Minimal, type-led. Every preview below is the actual compiled output, not a mock-up.

Open one in the editor and render it from your own JSON over the API — 1 page of A4 portrait, the same engine either way.

How the project status designs differ

Same document, same data model, 4 different arguments about how it should look on paper. Pick on layout and typography — the content behaves identically.

Design Layout Palette Typefaces Pages
Inkfield Editorial serif Plum & gold Playfair Display + Inter 1 · A4 portrait
Milestone Rail Side rail Teal & coral Merriweather + Inter 1 · A4 portrait
Pulse Grid Card-grid dashboard Steel & blue Montserrat + Lato 1 · A4 portrait
Quiet Status Minimal, type-led Indigo & coral Inter only 1 · A4 portrait

What your data drives in a project status

Each design is authored against an explicit reflow contract, so it is defined up front which blocks are emitted once per record and which fields absorb longer content. That is what stops the layout falling apart at a hundred rows.

Design Repeats per record Grows with your data
Inkfield figure rows in the hung column; movement lines; the ask list the standing paragraph; every note in the wide margin; the closing ask
Milestone Rail milestone rows; risk rows; the progress list the headline paragraph; milestone notes; risk mitigations; the closing ask
Pulse Grid metric cards; workstream rows; milestone rows; risk rows; the progress and next-week lists the headline paragraph; every list item; risk mitigations; the ask
Quiet Status fact rows; section blocks; the delivered, in-flight and decision lists the standing paragraph; every list item; the risk notes
