Generate price quote PDFs from your data

A quote is an invoice that has not happened yet: the same rigour, plus scope notes, a validity date and an acceptance block for the signature that turns it into work.

3 designs, each a separate take on the same document rather than a recolour of one layout: Side rail, Minimal, type-led and Organic arches. Every preview below is the actual compiled output, not a mock-up.

Open one in the editor and render it from your own JSON over the API — 1 page of A4 portrait, the same engine either way.

How the price quote designs differ

Same document, same data model, 3 different arguments about how it should look on paper. Pick on layout and typography — the content behaves identically.

Design Layout Palette Typefaces Pages
Cobalt Spine Side rail Cobalt & chartreuse Libre Baskerville + Lato 1 · A4 portrait
Plumb Line Minimal, type-led Plum & gold Merriweather + Open Sans 1 · A4 portrait
Terracotta Arch Organic arches Sand & terracotta EB Garamond + Inter 1 · A4 portrait

What your data drives in a price quote

Each design is authored against an explicit reflow contract, so it is defined up front which blocks are emitted once per record and which fields absorb longer content. That is what stops the layout falling apart at a hundred rows.

Design Repeats per record Grows with your data
Cobalt Spine numbered scope rows (table rows; header repeats on page break); optional add-on rows; acceptance fields assumptions copy; prepared-for and prepared-by blocks; the note beneath the total band
Plumb Line fee lines with dot leaders; inclusion and exclusion items; payment-schedule lines scope paragraph; fee-line descriptions; inclusion and exclusion lists; acceptance note
Terracotta Arch quoted line items (table rows; header repeats on page break); payment-schedule stages; arched section caps, numbered in sequence line-item descriptions; the currency note beside the totals; both assumption columns; the acceptance note; prepared-for and prepared-by blocks
