Proposals
An event proposal is part pitch, part schedule and part budget: a run of show, package tiers and a costed breakdown, wrapped in something that looks the way the event will.
3 designs, each a separate take on the same document rather than a recolour of one layout: Framed ceremonial, Organic arches and Minimal, type-led. Every preview below is the actual compiled output, not a mock-up.
Open one in the editor and render it from your own JSON over the API — 1 page of A4 portrait, the same engine either way.

Minimal, type-led · Charcoal & signal · Inter only
Same document, same data model, 3 different arguments about how it should look on paper. Pick on layout and typography — the content behaves identically.
| Design | Layout | Palette | Typefaces | Pages |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Engraved Plate | Framed ceremonial | Sand & terracotta | Merriweather + Inter | 1 · A4 portrait |
| Gala Arcs | Organic arches | Plum & gold | Playfair Display + EB Garamond | 1 · A4 portrait |
| Signal Axis | Minimal, type-led | Charcoal & signal | Inter only | 1 · A4 portrait |
Each design is authored against an explicit reflow contract, so it is defined up front which blocks are emitted once per record and which fields absorb longer content. That is what stops the layout falling apart at a hundred rows.
| Design | Repeats per record | Grows with your data |
|---|---|---|
| Engraved Plate | programme rows (time / moment / detail); package-matrix rows, one per inclusion, with the tier head repeating on a page break; the four terms cells | the standfirst under the title; programme detail lines; matrix cell copy; the hold-and-countersign paragraph |
| Gala Arcs | programme rows (time / moment); package tier cards; booking steps; commercial-terms rows | event description; per-tier inclusion lists; the hold-and-countersign paragraph |
| Signal Axis | run-of-day rows; production-scope rows; fee lines; terms rows | the standfirst; every row's detail line; the fee note; the acceptance paragraph |
These document sets each include the event proposal designs above.
Open a design in the editor and the agent reshapes it around your schema — then render it from your own data over the API, or let your users edit it in the embedded editor.
