What happens when your data replaces the sample

What Cue Sheet does when the data is longer, shorter or emptier than the sample:

Fixed page furniture Never grows, never moves
the foot rule carrying the version, the stage manager and the folio (fixed height — nothing in it may grow)
Repeats per record One block per row of your data
cue rows down the sheet; the fact cells across the head band; the contingency boxes
Grows with your data Absorbs long values without breaking
any cue's item, cue or note text; the contingency lines
Pinned to every page Holds position across page breaks
the foot rule sits at the page bottom on every page
Order on the page What sits after what
the fact band after the masthead, the cue list after it, the contingencies last
Page breaks What may split, what must not
the cue list may split across pages and the column head repeats above each part; a contingency box must not split
Last page How the document ends
the contingency boxes may occupy the final page alone; the foot rule carries it
