Generate NDA PDFs from your data

An NDA is read once, signed, and filed. Numbered clauses, defined terms, a term-and-jurisdiction line, and a signature block that must never split across a page break.

3 designs, each a separate take on the same document rather than a recolour of one layout: Framed ceremonial, Minimal, type-led and Editorial serif. Every preview below is the actual compiled output, not a mock-up.

Open one in the editor and render it from your own JSON over the API — 3–4 pages of A4 portrait, the same engine either way.

How the NDA designs differ

Same document, same data model, 3 different arguments about how it should look on paper. Pick on layout and typography — the content behaves identically.

Design Layout Palette Typefaces Pages
Deed Border Framed ceremonial Oxblood & bone Playfair Display + EB Garamond 4 · A4 portrait
One Edge Minimal, type-led Forest & sand EB Garamond + Inter 3 · A4 portrait
Shoulder Note Editorial serif Teal & coral Playfair Display + Inter 4 · A4 portrait

What your data drives in an NDA

Each design is authored against an explicit reflow contract, so it is defined up front which blocks are emitted once per record and which fields absorb longer content. That is what stops the layout falling apart at a hundred rows.

Design Repeats per record Grows with your data
Deed Border numbered articles, clauses and lettered sub-items; recital rows; notice address rows; schedule rows; execution columns (one per party) clause bodies and recitals (any length); party address blocks; schedule descriptions; notice particulars
One Edge sequentially numbered clauses with run-in headings; lettered sub-items; party rows; particulars cells; execution columns (one per signatory) clause bodies (any length); recitals; party address rows; the transaction description; the data-room contact block
Shoulder Note numbered articles and clauses, each one shoulder cell plus one measure cell; lettered exclusions; joinder rows in Annex A; execution columns (one per party) clause bodies in the measure (any length); shoulder notes wrap to two or three lines; recitals; party address blocks; engagement description

Open a design in the editor and the agent reshapes it around your schema — then render it from your own data over the API, or let your users edit it in the embedded editor.
