These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of PDF Report Studio’s websites, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at hello@pdfreport.studio if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. For example, you must not:

• Violate applicable law or infringe others’ rights;
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without authorization;
• Overload, disrupt, or interfere with the Service or other users;
• Use the Service to generate unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or malicious content;
• Reverse engineer the Service except where law forbids this restriction;
• Circumvent rate limits, billing, or access controls.

We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or creates risk for the Service or third parties.

Your content

You retain rights to materials you submit (“Customer Content”). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display Customer Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you. You represent that you have the rights needed to grant this license.

AI features

Outputs from AI-assisted features are probabilistic and may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, especially in regulated or high-risk contexts.

Fees

Paid plans, taxes, and renewals are described at checkout or in your order. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing with reasonable notice where required by law.

Third-party services

The Service may integrate with third-party services (including model providers). Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those services.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PDF REPORT STUDIO AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).

Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your Customer Content, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of these Terms, subject to applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where PDF Report Studio is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer protections require otherwise.

Changes

We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version. If changes are material, we will provide notice as required by law. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
